So (writing this on the 20th of Feb.) we went to the store and bought him a box. We filled it with crayons, markers, glue, scissors, tape, magazine, construction paper and paints. We are putting rules on the box to when he can use the craft box. So far it has worked out great. He has enjoyed his box of crafts. And thankfully so far the coloring on the house has stopped. Stay tuned.......

Adrian's creativity
2 weeks of creativity around the house. X's on all the doors, 3 full bottles of baby shampoo poured ALL OVER the bathroom (pictures didn't do it justice to the mess so I didn't post them.). He cleaned the X's and the bathroom. He paid me $3.00 (a $1.00 for each bottled emptied).
Then on night while I was cooking dinner Ryan came to me and said "Adrian has been in his room. Don't react when you see what he has done. We will deal with it." I turned to him and said "You might want to tell me what he did before I go in." Ryan: "He colored the hardwood floors with crayons." Oh man alive, I was pissed....but cool. I went to his room. Sure enough crayon makings on the floor and these pictures of his walls. I really do love the picture of himself in his closet. The big line next to it was to see how tall he was, atleast that was his story.

I just love hearing the stories about how you handle Adrian's creativity. I think I would have blown a gasket by now. Way to go you are a great example to follow.
