A kind thought from a stranger

We had something interesting happen today that I wanted to share with you. Something that you don't experience in today's world, atleast it doesn't happen much. We walk to church on Sundays when there is nice weather. We don't live to far, just 2 houses away from the church. After church we headed out the door towards home. We saw a car pass us then park on the side of the road. We live on a very busy street and was wondering why that spot and not turn down the next street? It's less busy.

The car just sat there. We saw one person in the car and wondered what was happening. What did they need? Why were they parked? And of course, we were nervous because we were having to walk past the car. It was the unknown of why it had passed us, stopped and waited...then it came....

The window rolled down and a lady's head came out the window. She yelled "Would you like a ride to where your going"? I told her thanks but we lived right here. A ride! someone was being Christ like to our family. Thanks nice lady!! Happy Thanksgiving!!
