Micron's Childrens Christmas Party

Every year Micron puts on a Children's Christmas Party out at the Idaho Center in Nampa, Idaho. It's a huge place and is a lot of fun. Thankfully they decided to continue on with the tradition of having the Christmas Party this year despite the layoffs that happened recently. We brought can food with us to donate to the Idaho Foodbank. Then we played games, ate, played on some of the toys, ate, took pictures and saw Santa.

I always worried what Adrian would think of Santa. We had been talking about Santa for months but he had not seen him in person. If you have kids, you know what I am talking about. Kids are unpredictable. You never know what they will say or do. We stood in line for a good while, can't remember the exact amount of time. But when we did meet Santa......Adrian ran, yes ran to him and gave him a great big hug. We put Kayla and Adrian on his lap. Adrian was excited to tell him he wanted a TRAIN for Christmas. And then they gave him a stuffed Bolt dog for coming. Micron always gives a big toy out to the children of the newest movie that is out in theaters or coming out. Mrs. Claus was there also.

So with lots of toys and full belly's we headed home that night all very tired but thankful that Micron kept the tradition of the Children's Christmas Party. I posted pictures up above on the snowman slide show. Enjoy them!!
